1. Go without makeup and let your beautiful smile shine through
2. Make a list of goals: Where I want to be in a year, 5 years and 10 years, and create an action plan
3. If that plan involves fitness, start today! Eat healthier and go for a walk or run. Being healthy doesn’t have to be expensive.
4. Call that family member you’ve been putting off for months
5. Clean the bathroom (mine’s long overdue)
