1. Enjoy some time outside today. Go for a hike, or just a walk around a local lake or park.
2. Set up your fitness goals for the month/year and do what it takes to stick to them.
3. Join a run club, get out with like-minded runners and enjoy the motivation!
4. Find a farmers market in your area and buy farm fresh, organic food. Try throwing together for an evening meal.
5. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea at an independent coffee shoppe in your town, supporting the members in your community.
Thank you very much for reading this post. If you are enjoying reading the content on 5thingstodotoday.com website then I would very much welcome you donating the price of a cup of coffee (£2.50) for me to keep on improving it. You can do this by clicking here.

This is a great one! We are actually hitting up our local farmers market tonight.
It’s amazing the difference in freshness you can get from buying farm fresh or local. At this time of year, the cost difference isn’t bad either! Sometimes you can even get local produce cheaper…and don’t forget, you’re helping support local farmers and businesses!
I completely agree… it’s actually cheaper right now for me to shop at a little farm close to us than the grocery store. So I make a habit of stopping by there once a week to pick up our fruits and veggies!

Thank you! The more I eat fresh, the better I feel
Thank you for visiting my blog! I’m a huge fan of farm fresh, locally grown foods. Being a Seattleite, we’re definitely a Green city!
I’m also originally from the West Coast, and truly value the farm fresh, locally grown food! In fact, growing up we grew a lot of our own produce
